Professional Pilates instructor education at Serenity Pilates.
Globally recognized education · Small-group training · Individual attention
Serenity Pilates is pleased to bring Balanced Body® Pilates Teacher Training to Green Valley, Arizona.

Balanced Body Education has a worldwide network of training sites and educators, providing a consistent approach to Pilates teacher education across an international community.
Training combines the Pilates repertoire with anatomy, biomechanics and contemporary movement science, while emphasizing the practical skills needed to become an effective teacher.
The modular curriculum allows you to build your education step by step—from Movement Principles through Mat, Reformer and the full Pilates apparatus.
We believe learning to teach movement requires more than watching an instructor demonstrate exercises in a crowded room.
Teacher training classes at Serenity Pilates will intentionally be kept small, giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions, practice teaching, work with the equipment and receive individual feedback.
You’ll have time to develop your skills, explore the material and build confidence as a teacher—without getting lost in a large group.
Build a strong foundation in movement observation, assessment and teaching that can be applied throughout your Pilates education.
Develop your understanding and teaching of the Pilates Mat repertoire through a progressive three-course series.
Progress from foundational Reformer work through increasingly more complex repertoire and teaching skills.
Expand your training to the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels, progressing through the apparatus repertoire and developing the skills to teach clients across the Pilates system.
Exact 2027 course dates, registration links will be added as they become available.

Rosie brings more than 15 years of experience teaching Pilates and movement, both in the U.S. and internationally. A Balanced Body® Educator and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, she is committed to ongoing professional education and continually expanding her knowledge of movement and the human body.
Her studies extend beyond Pilates into movement, neuroscience and the brain-body relationship, reflecting a longstanding curiosity about how people learn and move.
As an educator, Rosie’s goal is to help students become thoughtful, observant and adaptable teachers—not simply memorize exercises. She emphasizes understanding the why behind the work, developing strong teaching skills and learning to respond to the individual in front of you.
