I opted for one on one instruction 2 years ago with Vivian. I had hip and knee replacement and felt very uncomfortable walking. Since starting my Pilates sessions I have more mobility! Vivian monitors every exercise so I get optimal benefits from each movement and I look forward to my weekly visits.

Tom and Sue are enjoying their workouts together and feeling better than ever at 80 and 76 years of age!
Sue says Tom is more balanced and less awkward when he walks. Sue had a knee replacement 3 months ago and is recovering well doing Pilates. Much less pain and improved range of motion.
Tom says Sue is just perfect and his sciatic pain is gone since doing Pilates.

I have been doing Pilates Mat and Equipment classes for over 12 years now and just love it!
