Equipment Classes (By Levels) – Utilizing the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Wunda chair, Spine Corrector and ½ Trap) entire class is spent learning Pilates exercises – Basic exercises for Beginners (Level 1), Moving to more challenging for Intermediate and Advanced (Levels 2 and 3).
All members of our classes get a complimentary bi yearly one on one session to check in and make sure you are getting the most out of your classes.
Mat Class – Class time spent on traditional Pilates exercises with some stretching and sometimes utilizing bands, rings, balls, rollers, etc. Very core/abdominal based.
Cardio Reformer with Jumpboard -Includes interval jumping to get your heart rate up and core muscles firing, along with upper and lower body stretches and strength exercises designed to keep you strong and flexible. Very core and strength based.
Dynamic Reformer – Dynamic and power centered class designed for bone building, muscle strengthening, and flexibility. Focus on extension exercises that help improve posture and balance. Good for those at risk or who have Osteoporosis.
Pilates for Golfers - From address to finish find out how Pilates can help improve your golf game. An equipment class designed to improve your game with better flexibility, rotation, breath, body awareness, strength, and core stability.
TRX (Suspension Training) - Bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX is a performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete exercises in a high intensity interval type workout.
