Equipment Classes

$40drop-in • $32 w/ multiple purchase

Equipment Classes (By Levels) – Utilizing the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Wunda chair, Spine Corrector and ½ Trap) entire class is spent learning Pilates exercises – Basic exercises for Beginners (Level 1), Moving to more challenging for Intermediate and Advanced (Levels 2 and 3).

We also include bi-yearly check ups. You get a complimentary one on one session to check in and make sure you are getting the most out of your classes.

3 Private 50 minute Sessions

An Ideal way to begin if you are new to Pilates or have limited experience on Pilates equipment.

These one on one sessions let your instructor learn about your goals and needs, introduce you to the equipment, and help determine when a group class is appropriate for you.

Private Instruction

Not ready for a class setting? Do you want someone to focus on your specific needs and goals? We love the challenge of each and body, so bring us your body in whatever shape (poor balance and posture, back and joint pain, low energy, etc.) and let us mold you into the best, pain free version of yourself again. We have more than 5 Master Teachers with over 20 years experience each teaching one body

Serenity Pilates Instruction Pricing

$80 per 50 minute (10 sessions/$750)

$40 per 30 minute

One-on-one private instruction tailored to your specific needs. Prices are set based on our Master Teachers with over 20 years experience in the field.
