Group Classes

Whether it is a traditional Mat Class or a challenging Cardio Reformer or TRX Class that you are looking for - we have them all. See our Class Schedule for time and instructors. Please contact the Individual Instructor for class availability.

Equipment Classes

$35 drop-in • $30 w/ multiple purchase

Equipment Classes (By Levels) – Utilizing the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Wunda chair, Spine Corrector and ½ Trap) entire class is spent learning Pilates exercises – Basic exercises for Beginners (Level 1), Moving to more challenging for Intermediate and Advanced (Levels 2 and 3).

We also include bi-yearly check ups. You get a complimentary one on one session to check in and make sure you are getting the most out of your classes.

TRX Suspension Classes

$80 offered only for private or duet sessions.

TRX (Suspension Training) - Bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX is a performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete exercises in a high intensity interval type workout.

These classes are currently only offered for private or duet instruction.

Private Instruction

Not ready for a class setting? Do you want someone to focus on your specific needs and goals? We love the challenge of each and body, so bring us your body in whatever shape (poor balance and posture, back and joint pain, low energy, etc.) and let us mold you into the best, pain free version of yourself again. We have more than 5 Master Teachers with over 20 years experience each teaching one body

Serenity Pilates Instruction Pricing

$80 per hour (10 sessions/$750)

$40 per 1/2 hour

One-on-one private instruction tailored to your specific needs. Prices are set based on our Master Teachers with over 20 years experience in the field.

Duet Instruction

$100 per 1 hour ($50 per student)

$50 per 1/2 hour ($25 per student)

Private Pilates instruction for two people tailored to their specific needs.

Our Introductory Special

$100 — 3 - 1/2 hour individual sessions

$200 — 3 - 1 hour individual sessions
